All-Day Health Monitoring

A heart rate sensor with a blood oxygen sensor, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, an ambient light sensor and an electronic compass power the watch’s tracking. All-day heart rate monitoring uses a Smart mode by default (measuring every 10 minutes at rest and every minute during activity) and supports abnormal heart rate alerts. All-day blood oxygen (SpO₂) monitoring measures every 30 minutes and sends vibration alerts when levels are too low, while all-day stress monitoring measures every 10 minutes (both need to be switched on in the app). The watch also offers all-day sleep monitoring with sleep analysis, menstrual cycle reminders, and breathing exercises with four breathing techniques.
