A 9-axis sensor is designed to recognise swimming strokes and workout status. The watch monitors key swimming metrics including average speed, underwater heart rate changes and SWOLF efficiency, and Xiaomi’s lab data lists breaststroke lap accuracy of 94.4% and breaststroke stroke accuracy of 97.5%. The watch is rated 5ATM (tested to GB/T 30106:2013 and certified by TÜV SÜD), equivalent to pressure at a depth of 50 metres. Xiaomi says it suits swimming in pools, shallow-water swimming and other shallow-water activities, but not showers, saunas or deep diving, and you should avoid direct high-speed water streams. Water resistance is not permanent and may deteriorate over time.

All-Day Health Monitoring

The 18-day figure assumes light use with Auto Brightness off and brightness set to 120 nits, with advanced sleep monitoring, all-day stress monitoring and all-day blood oxygen monitoring switched off, so actual battery life depends on how you use the watch.

Everyday Tools, Bluetooth 5.3 and Phone Compatibility
