CMF Watch 3 Pro Smartwatch

CMF Watch 3 Pro Smartwatch – 1.43-inch AMOLED Display, Dual-Band GPS & 131 Sports Modes

The CMF Watch 3 Pro Smartwatch pairs a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with built-in dual-band GPS, 131 sports modes, Bluetooth calling and a precision-milled metal frame. If you are looking for an AMOLED GPS smartwatch for running, workouts and everyday wear, the CMF Watch 3 Pro Sri Lanka listing brings these features together in one watch.

1.43-inch AMOLED Display with Auto-Brightness

The 1.43-inch AMOLED display has a smooth 60 fps refresh rate and auto-brightness that adapts in real time, with a 91 percent screen-to-body ratio according to Nothing. Choose from over 120 custom watch faces, including animated, interactive and Always-On Display versions, or create your own with the AI-powered watch face studio and photo and video watch faces. Full-screen and mini widgets let you decide what shows up on the screen.

Dual-Band GPS for Running and Outdoor Workouts

The watch features dual-band GPS with support for L1 and L5 signals, designed to give faster positioning and better route stability in dense cities or on forest trails. It is also compatible with Glonass, Galileo, Beidou and QZSS.

131 Sports Modes and Training Tools

Choose from 131 sports modes, each with detailed metrics such as calories burned, pace, recovery time and heart rate zone tracking. Smart activity detection recognises seven activity types and prompts you if you forget to start a session, and a 3D warm-up and stretching guide shows animations before and after your workout. A custom running coach builds an 8 to 16 week schedule based on your goals, fitness level and recovery, and after each workout you can see a personalised summary with recovery time and load trends. Quick music control is built into the workout screen.

Health and Wellness Tracking

The CMF Watch 3 Pro offers 24/7 tracking of blood oxygen (SpO₂), stress levels, heart rate and heart rate zones. A new optical sensor is designed to capture more detailed signals for more accurate heart rate tracking, and the sleep monitoring includes a high-precision mode. Active Score combines heart rate data and MET values into one weekly number, and guided breathing sessions, water and stand-up reminders and menstrual cycle tracking prompts are also included.

These features are intended for general wellness and personal reference rather than medical diagnosis or treatment.

Bluetooth Calling with AI Noise Reduction

Make and receive calls from your wrist using two MEMS microphones and a built-in speaker, with AI-based noise reduction trained on over 100,000 voice samples. You can sync up to 30 contacts for quick access, and gesture shortcuts such as a wrist flip or double shake trigger key actions hands-free. The watch also supports quick replies with preset or personalised responses (supported apps and phone compatibility may vary).

Up to 13 Days of Battery Life

Nothing states up to 13 days of typical use and about 10 days with heavy use, or up to 4.5 days with the Always-On Display enabled. Actual battery life depends on how you use the watch.

Everyday Tools and the Nothing X App

Everyday tools include camera controls, to-do reminders, weather updates, a world clock, a flashlight, stopwatch, calculator and timer, plus music controls, Find My Phone and Do Not Disturb. The built-in voice recorder saves up to 30 minutes at a time, and once synced with the Nothing X app your recordings are transcribed into text. The Nothing X app also brings together device control, health insights such as SpO₂, VO₂ max and recovery, fitness plans and news briefings, and data can be synced to Google Health Connect, Apple Health and Strava. Nothing notes that ChatGPT on the watch is only available on Nothing OS.

Metal Frame, Silicone Strap and IP68 Rating

A precision-milled metal frame gives the watch a lightweight, confident feel on the wrist, paired with soft-touch silicone straps for all-day wear. The watch is rated IP68 for water and dust resistance, which Nothing says suits workouts and unexpected weather.
